In an unprecidented move for First Nation's communications, the Comprehensive Community Planning Committee under the direction of the Chief and Council of the Klahoose First Nation has created the first community centric web space aimed at sharing and deciminating community event news while creating a truly interactive medium.

In today's media rich world our members live both on and off reserve. Living ever more demanding lives, we needed to find a way to reconnect with our community - both yoiung and old. We have created an envronment where our people can quickly learn about news while interact and share their views on important issues and events.

By utilizing rich media, Web 2.0 coding, email marketing, widget and blog technology we have achieved the first phase of what will be a constantly evolving and interactive medium for enhancing First Nation culture while effectivly enrolling stake holder participation.
